This whisky features Saskatchewan grown Wheat and Rye. Distilled separately then blended once matured. A unique whisky that features the spiciness you’d expect from Rye while having the soft buttery notes you’d expect from Wheat. With notes of caramel, butterscotch, vanilla and a touch of spice, this whisky is excellent on its own or in a mixed cocktail.
