Want to come visit us at the winery? We’re open for tours from May to snow fall on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Book our Bee to Bottle winery tour here. But don’t ask Siri for directions! Follow our directions instead. (Seriously – your GPS will want to take you down a road that isn’t a road…)
Interested in the shortest distance? Like the countryside and dodging combines? Love gravel? From Moose Jaw, head west out of town on Caribou Street West. Once you get to the outskirts of town (cemetery and the GATX Rail terminal), check your odometer. You’ve got about 19km to go! It’s a straight shot down the road, but you’re on gravel, so it might feel like it’s taking longer than it should. Keep coming! We have blue “Prairie Bee Meadery” roadsigns at 9.5km and 5km from the winery. Once you pass those you need to be on the lookout for a black billboard on the right-hand side of the road for Prairie Bee Meadery. That’s us! Turn right, and we’re the second farm in. Head back to the big red building to say hello!
Heading west on the Trans-Canada from Moose Jaw? Head west from Moose Jaw on the TransCanada HWY. Turn left (south) at Range Road 280. This turn is marked by a signpost towards the village of Boharm and a JGL facility at this intersection. Head south for 3km, across the railway tracks and turn right (west) at the yield sign. Continue for 9.5km, following the blue tourist road signs to reach us. When you see a black billboard for Prairie Bee Meadery. That’s us! Turn right, and we’re the second farm in. Head back to the big red building to say hello!
Heading east on the Trans-Canada from Swift Current? Due to the Caron Access road being closed after being washed out this spring these directions are modified. Head east on the TransCanada HWY until you reach Caronport. At Caronport turn hard right (180 degrees) onto a tarmac road that will lead you back east to the village of Caron in about 3km. Drive across the railway tracks and continue straight onto the gravel road. At the stop sign turn left (south) and follow our blue tourist signs. Turn left at the first yield sign (the intersection of SK 643 and SK 735). In 1.5km turn left again at the black Prairie Bee Meadery billboard and head north. We’re the second farm in on the right. Head back to the big red building to say hello!
