    • Local Pick Up (Store)– Our store in Moose Jaw at The Grant Hall Hotel, Lower Level , 401 Main Street is available for local pick up.
    • Local Pick Up (Farmers Markets) – We attend Farmers Markets all over the province.  You can order online and arrange a local pick up at our stall during market hours.  Contact us for more details at 306-313-7817
    • Flat Rate Delivery – In Moose Jaw we offer a bookable flat rate delivery for $5. This includes our Wine-O-Gram service.
    • Delivery Partners – District Brewing Company offers deliveries in Regina and Saskatoon via their Brewzer app.
    • Postal Service – We offer postal service into British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan. Free shipping on orders over $250.
    • Postal Service – Nunavut. For alcohol sales the recipient must live in a community without restrictions on alcohol sales and may need to be in possession of an import permit. Orders over $250 will receive a shipping discount of up to $50. We will process this discount manually once the order is finalized.
    • Carrier Pigeons – Service has been discontinued due to lack of availability of sufficiently large pigeons.

    • We ship packages that contain alcohol via Canada Post to obtain an age verified signature.
    • For postal shipping we use 2, 4, 6 and 12 bottle shippers. The most economical shipping rates can be obtained for 6 and 12 shippers (in fact shipments over $250 earn free shipping).
    • Postal rate examples for 6 bottle shippers.
      • Vancouver, BC – 3-5 days shipping time for about $36
      • Winnipeg, MB – 3-5 days shipping time for about $34
      • Halifax, NS – 7-8 days shipping time for about $56
      • Melville, SK – 2-3 days shipping time for about $34.
    • Postal rates for 1 or 2 bottles is still close to $30.
    • The dynamic calculator in our checkout chart will provide precise shipping amounts once you enter quantities and destinations.

The Small Print, writ large

Online postal orders usually ship within 24hrs when ordered between Monday and Friday prior to 12 noon CST (Saskatchewan – Free of the Tyranny of Daylight Savings Time since 1959) . Order received on non-business days will usually ship on the next business day.

If the address provided for shipping is incorrect you will be responsible for any additional charges to ensure the wine arrives at the right place.

On our website we have links to other retailers that deliver in your local area. Ordering from these partners removes Prairie Bee Meadery from the transaction. We no longer have a part to play in fulfilling the transaction. For service issues please contact them directly.

Order Cancellations

Contact us before the order has shipped to get a complete refund. Once the package has flown the coop it’s too late to change your mind.

Refunds & Returns

Despite best efforts sometimes things go wrong. A faulty cork, a poor seal or maybe a bottle that isn’t full. Our returns policy is intended resolve the problem as quickly and easily as possible

We want to ensure that your experience with our product is wonderful. We therefore offer a satisfaction guarantee on the product you buy from us. We will replace or refund any bottle that is flawed, damaged or found to be unsatisfactory.

How Do I Return My Wine?

Contact us within 6 months of purchase and we will provide a replacement bottle of equivalent value (exact variety is subject to availability).

What about damages to online shipments?

When air cargo pilots execute a loop-the-loop or the delivery company employees drag race their trucks, it is possible that the fragile nature of the wine bottles may result in damage during shipment. If so please contact us within 5 days of receipt at inquiries@prairiebeemeadery.ca with a description of the problem and a picture. We will rectify the situation through replacement or refund.


We are unable to replace product purchased from other wine retailers. Return the product to where you bought it and they will refund or exchange according to their policies

We reserve the right to impose further restrictions on persons suspected of using unworthy shenanigans against our innocent returns and refund policy.
