West coast plums, a Canadian summer tradition, offer up a unique and subtle splendour in Prairie Bee’s new Plum Perfect mead.  Premium Saskatchewan honey forms the smooth floral base of this wine, with the sweet tang of fresh plums.  Try this one with Asian foods and light meats!  Or just pour a glass of deliciousness to relax with.

This mead was made with honey and plums. It contains no processed sugars and is also gluten free.

Finish: Off-Dry
